Shipping Destinations

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. All orders include tracking and may be dispatched in separate parcels, each assigned a unique tracking number.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

10–16 business days from order date. Delivery times are subject to variation and potential delays due to factors outside our control.

Express and Overnight Shipping are not available.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase, but they are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If an order has already been processed and shipped, a refund cannot be issued until the item has been returned to us. You will be required to follow our standard returns process upon the item's arrival, and a refund will be issued once the item has been received.

Should your order be successfully cancelled before it enters processing or shipping, a full refund will be issued exclusively to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for this refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Delays

If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you via email and place your order on hold. You will then have the option to either cancel the order or wait for the item to become available.

Address Accuracy

To ensure a seamless delivery, please verify your billing and shipping addresses before finalizing your order.

While we are not liable for costs associated with re-sending orders due to customer-provided address errors, we will promptly correct any mistakes made by our team at no cost to you.

Stolen or Missing Parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address. Marigold Collections Australia is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once they have been confirmed by our delivery partner as delivered to the nominated address.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Our Australian-based customer care team will track the order for you to ensure it arrives safely within the delivery window and will also contact couriers on your behalf if necessary or if there is a delay. For any questions or concerns about your delivery, please contact our team at customer.service@marigoldkids.com.au or by using the "Contact Us" form on our website. Please include your order number so we can assist you promptly.
