Refund policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow our resolution process so we can resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe:
Notification: Email customer.service@marigoldkids.com.au within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the fault, and the SKU number (found on the barcode sticker on the clothing's poly bag).
Return for Inspection: To process the return, the item must be returned to Marigold Collections Australia for inspection.
Refund & Postage: Once the fault is confirmed upon receipt of the item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Marigold Collections Australia covers the cost of tracked return postage for confirmed faults by providing a pre-paid shipping label.
Our coverage is limited to the following designated postal services:
For Australian Customers: We cover tracked standard delivery provided by Australia Post.
For New Zealand Customers: We cover economy standard delivery provided by New Zealand Post, subject to our approval—contact us to confirm before purchasing postage, as we can only reimburse customers for the most economical tracked return postage available with NZ Post. https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/rate-finder/sending-internationally/parcels

Change-of-Mind Return Policy for Orders Under $500 AUD (T&Cs Apply)
If you change your mind, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation by the courier.
Change-of-mind returns are only accepted for orders under $500 AUD. Change-of-mind orders valued at $500 AUD or more are considered final sale.

Change-of-mind returns for orders under $500 AUD are available exclusively for our Australia and New Zealand customers. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Customers can request a return for a change of mind for orders under $500 AUD after delivery, and we will issue a refund according to the conditions listed below:
Change-of-mind items must arrive at our Australian returns address within 14 days of delivery.
Item/s must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items excluded from "change-of-mind" returns include graphic t-shirts, singlets, and intimate items such as underwear, swimwear, sarongs, hosiery, and socks. For hygiene reasons, accessories including earrings, jewellery, hair accessories, hats, beanies, and scarves are also final sale. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on digital gift cards or any clearance, sale, and promotional items.
Original delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.
You must cover the cost of return postage with tracking for all change-of-mind returns. Please send your return via tracked postage to the address listed below:

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like. Please see our refund policy for details.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase, but they are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If an order has already been processed and shipped, a refund cannot be issued until the item has been returned to us. You will be required to follow our standard returns process upon the item's arrival, and a refund will be issued once the item has been received.
Should your order be successfully cancelled before it enters processing or shipping, a refund will be issued exclusively to your original payment method.
