REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your Marigold Kids purchase however if you change your mind after delivery we will give you a refund of the item/s on the following conditions:
- Item/s are returned within 14 days after the confirmed delivery date
- Item/s are returned in it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and original packaging. Footwear in its original box. Items that can't be returned are: Sale items, earrings, jewelry, hair accessories, swimwear, underwear, cosmetics,hosiery ,hats.
- Delivery costs cannot be refunded to you
- You will need to cover the cost of return postage
If the item/s are damaged or faulty we will give you a full refund. As part of the returns process we will ask you to upload photos of the fault or damage to the item/s.
If your Refund Request is accepted, you will receive a refund directly to your PayPal account. Alternatively we will make a Bank Deposit Refund to you. Refunds will be processed using your original tender type.
